SHIPPING INFORMATION
Bikini Rebel offers free shipping within the USA.
Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and or postal issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support at info@bikinirebel.com within 90 days after your order was placed.
5) Please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
RETURNS
Bikinirebel.com will accept returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund or exchange/store credit within 14 days from purchase date.
To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all garment tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or missing garment tags.
It is at Bikini Rebel’s discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will return them to address associated with your account.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are defined as any item that was sold on www.bikini-rebel.com at a discount from the suggested full retail price.
If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return reduces the merchandise subtotal of your order below the threshold to earn the free gift, you must return the gift merchandise along with your returned items.
If the free gift is not returned the original value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date the items were purchased.
Non-Refundable items are:
· Items purchased past the 14 days return policy.
· Items marked as final sale.
· Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
· Items purchased using a 20% discount code or above.
· Sales and clearance items, including sample sale items.
· Original shipping and handling fees.
If your item is damaged:
Bikini Rebel Swimwear guarantees it’s suits to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. Bikini Rebel Suits are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time.
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will gladly exchange unwashed & unworn items for the same item exchange at no cost.
How soon you will receive your refund:
Once your items are inspected by the return department, you will get your refund within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
How to Return your online purchase by mail:

We will send u by email a shipping label for your returns.
Go to your next UPS - Parcel-Shop and send it back to us.

We will check the returns, after we have received it back.

Within ten days, we will refund the purchase price.

You will be charged $9.95 for return shipping. This amount will be deducted from the return amount.
